INFO NEEDED

This is how we decided to send out family information. Hopefully it will work. It would be nice to add other family members blogs to this one also. (If you have one) That way we could keep up on everyone! All you have to do is either email me with your blog address or post a comment about this one and leave your blog address for me there. The Cox Family has been busy with the plans for our next reunion.

Here are the details - - -

Reservations have been made for the weekend of June 18-20, 2010.
Kids under 3 are free – for those that are thinking of having more, get going!!!
The deposit is due now - $25/person for the weekend, balance due 2 weeks before the reunion.
Total cost will include the premium for a required insurance policy, cost per person will be calculated once we have an accurate attendance count (shouldn’t end up being more than a few bucks per person).

The deposit will be put on a personal credit card, so the quicker your funds come in the quicker PJ can pay off the charges (and avoid additional interest and finance charges).
